Privacy Policy — Summit UK Apps

This Privacy Policy governs your use of software applications (the "Service" or "the App") created by Summit UK Apps ("we," "us," or "our") for Android mobile devices.

This page informs users regarding our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of limited information if anyone decides to use our Service.

By choosing to use our Service, you agree to the terms of this policy. The limited information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Summit UK Apps does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that directly identifies you, such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number, through the App itself.

The App may rely on third-party services that collect limited data for functionality, analytics, and advertising purposes. This collection is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Note for the developer: not every Summit UK Apps app uses the same third-party SDKs — for example, whether analytics or crash reporting is active varies per app, and this section should list only what's genuinely integrated in each app's current build. Please confirm the actual SDK list per app before publishing (I've only directly audited Cauldron Corner's build this closely) and add or remove bullets above to match. If any app uses Firebase, Unity Analytics, or another analytics/crash-reporting SDK, add it here with a link to that provider's policy.

2. Log Data

Whenever you use our Service, and in the event of an app error, we collect limited data and information (through the use of third-party products) on your phone called Log Data.

This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app during use, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This information is used strictly for diagnostic, performance improvement, and debugging purposes.

3. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers.

This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that employ "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. We advise you to review the privacy policies of the third parties listed above for their practices regarding cookies.

6. Children's Privacy (UK and EEA Users)

These Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

In the case that we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this policy are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
